Happy and Polly Coupon Codes & Verified Offers for October 2026

Always reliable for cat essentials

Unlike Petco, Happy and Polly always has the Mixed Cat Litter in stock, though shipping takes a bit.

Elevated bowls are a win

So, I snagged some Elevated Cat Bowls, the double ceramic kind. They look really nice in the kitchen, not like a typical pet thing. My cat seems to be eating more comfortably too, less bending over. Setup was just taking them out of the box. Delivery was fine, got here when they said it would. Pretty happy with them, honestly.

Good fountain, quick delivery

Got the Ceramic Cat Water Fountain. It arrived fast. My cat drinks more water now. Easy to clean too. No complaints.

Solid experience, good cat tree

I purchased a Cactus Cat Tree recently. The ordering process was straightforward on their website, pretty standard stuff. Delivery took about a week, which was within the estimated window. Assembly of the cat tree was manageable; all the parts were there and the instructions were clear enough. The tree itself feels sturdy, definitely good for my two cats who like to roughhouse. I had a small question about a filter for the fountain I was eyeing, and customer service responded to my email within a day, which was helpful. Overall, a good experience and the product met expectations for quality. It's a nice design too.

Cute toy, slightly slow shipping

I ordered an Interactive Cat Toy for my cat. The toy itself is really well made and my cat has been having a blast with it, so that's a definite positive. It feels durable. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, about 9 days to arrive. It wasn't a huge deal, but I've had faster deliveries from other online pet stores. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the tracking. Overall, a good product, just wish delivery was a tad quicker.

Consistent quality, happy with litter

This is my third time buying the Tofu Cat Litter from Happy and Polly. I keep coming back because it's consistently good. It clumps well and really helps with odor control, which is a big deal in my small apartment. Shipping is always reliable, usually gets here within a week. Their packaging is always secure too. I've tried other brands, but this one works best for me and my cat seems to like it. It's nice to know what to expect when I order.

My cats LOVE this!

I ordered the Flower Cat Tree and my two kitties are absolutely obsessed with it! They climb all over it and nap in the flower beds. It's super cute too, fits right into my living room decor. I'm definitely going to shop here again for more cat goodies. So happy with this purchase!

Good little cat fountain

I got the Wireless Cat Fountain a few weeks ago and it's been pretty nice. My cat actually drinks from it, which is a win. Setup was easy enough, just plugged it in and it worked. It arrived two days earlier than the tracking said it would, so that was a pleasant surprise.

Worth it for the deal

I was looking for a new cat scratcher and found a good deal on one of their Vertical Scratchers during a sale. The price was really competitive, especially compared to what I'd seen elsewhere. It felt like a good saving, and the scratcher itself is decent quality, not flimsy. My cat uses it, so that's what matters. Definitely felt worth the purchase for the price I paid.

Love the cat bed, so cute!

I just got the Enclosed Cat Bed and it's absolutely adorable! My kitten jumped right in and hasn't left it since. It's super soft and the design is just perfect. I was looking for something cozy and stylish, and this totally delivered. I'm so glad I found this store. I'll definitely be buying more from Happy and Polly. My friends are already asking where I got it!
